She began her career handling personal auto claims before advancing to complex commercial, litigated, and pre‑litigated claims. Over the years, she worked alongside some of Florida’s largest and most respected defense firms, where she honed her ability to interpret policy language, analyze contracts that influence claim outcomes, and identify risk exposures that can make or break a business.

Drawing on this extensive background, Jaimie developed a comprehensive training program designed to equip agents with the knowledge they need to properly protect their business clients.
